Started in the centre of Stockport, we still occupy the same site today, having expanded over the years to acquire 6 ½ acres in total. The company is still in the family, now in the hands of Mr Gary Rhodes, and the third generation of the family is heavily involved too. With such a personal approach, a strong work ethic and dedication to service and reliability for the customer run through every aspect of the company.

Formed by Mr Edwin Rhodes in 1949, the Manufax and Nelson Tool Group is a leading name in the design, manufacturing, and fabrication of precision-engineered tooling solutions for blue-chip companies, in industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to nuclear power.
